There’s magic in the local. Our Bedfordshire based ‘walk coaching’ sessions are offered on a 1:1 basis, giving you the confidence of confidentiality and uninterrupted attention.
Two-hours: Perfect for individuals, who are looking for direction in any aspect of their life (business, personal, family, lifestyle, sport, etc). Whatever you’re struggling with, these walks will help you take control. Four weekly sessions minimum. Book Now
Half day: As above, these include a coffee and cake stop to give you a chance to recharge, take stock, reconnect, go further, thrash out ideas, get fitter, and expand boundaries etc. Book Now
Full day: As above but with pub lunch or suitable stop to create something further. Book Now
Whether it’s 1:1 or as part of a group, our Mini Retreats give you the chance to experience new and beautiful parts of the country while working on your own inner journey.
Two-day backpack: This ‘doorstep adventure’ takes you to a local village with an overnight camp. Food included (pub meal or camp cooking).
Two or three-day backpack: As above but further afield into the Peak District. Moderate adventure. Either camping or overnight in a B&B.
Coast-to-coast route through Snowdonia: As with the Peak District, but more rugged and suited to the fitter individual.
Assisted Pilgrimage: Following a UK pilgrimage route, we’ll take a sacred walk for spiritual refreshment, personal discovery, exploration of faith, re-connection with self, earth, faith, landscape or identity. No religious affiliation necessary or expected.
Mind and Direction Remapping for couples: An opportunity for you and your partner to reassess the core values underpinning your relationship, that may have been forgotten due to raising a family or building a career. The aim is to create a fresh direction to remember what makes your partnership work so you can both face future life-changing moments head on.
Working in conjunction with your business, I’ll create a one or two day ‘walkshop’ to guide teams through discussion in the outdoors before arriving at a carefully chosen centre where our business training partner will develop new strategies and ideas with the team.
Great for businesses and organisations who want to create genuine working partnerships and break down barriers of communication.
Perfect for younger people who may be struggling with personal challenges at home, with friends, or at school. These shorter walks will encourage chatting through ideas and developing physically oriented study skill plans and coaching.
For exam success, I use various diagnostic tools and other techniques, such as: mind mapping, goal setting, motivational skills, personal planning, and my own best-selling book*.
*I have run student workshops in schools for over 17 years, am a published author, fully qualified teacher, with up-to-date DBS checks and a successful record in tutoring.
