Using walking, which allows for side-by-side communication, Tom can help you to come up with good ideas and generate solutions. For some people, this is much more productive than sitting in a room talking face to face.

Surveys found that 71% of respondents felt happier and less tense after a ‘green’ walk, while 90% felt their self-esteem increased after a country walk.

Tom then guides you throughout the walk with a series of questions, helping you to determine what may be standing in your way to achieving your personal or professional aspirations.

Is Best Foot Forward for everyone?

Yes, Best Foot Forward is a state of mind, not a physical action and we will do whatever we can to make our services as accessible as possible for all sections of the community.

However, as a medium, walking may not suit everyone for the coaching process. Joining Tom for an initial assessment will allow you both to determine if ‘walk coaching’ is right for you. But ideally, you need to be someone who is some or all of these things:
